To become a successful competitive boxer you have to master many components. Skill, conditioning, instincts, strength and mental and physical toughness. This Meta Box workout focus on 2 of those components, strength and boxing.
Start with a warm up before moving into your strength set to ignite your nervous system and prep you for a success boxing round
- 10 reps sets with 15 seconds rest between sets
- Repeat for 3 sets of each exercise
Round 2 is your boxing round. Let your hands go with smooth boxing combinations mixing in power speed and footwork.
- 30 seconds sets with 15 seconds rest between sets
- Repeat for 2 sets of each exercise
