Elevated BOXCON HIIT is the ultimate in Boxing HIIT workouts you can do anywhere! Boxcon HIIT easy to follow high intensity sessions are perfect for all fitness levels. These 30 minute workouts take you through perfectly curated boxing combo's followed by fun, energizing conditioning sets.
