I'm excited to introduce our brand new Heavy Bag Interval Series! This program is strategically designed to cater to all levels, from those just stepping into the boxing gym to our seasoned members looking to push their limits.
Our 5-to-40 Minute Workout Series is all about progressive overload and adaptable training. Whether you've got a tight schedule or you're ready to go the distance, we've got a session for you.
Here's the breakdown: We're combining fundamental boxing techniques in a perfectly curated interval format. This approach allows beginners to build a solid foundation while simultaneously challenging advanced individuals.
How does it work? It's simple yet effective. Each workout is structured in rounds of high-intensity work followed by strategic recovery periods.
Introducing Workout 1: This session features rounds consisting of 30-second power intervals on the heavy bag, immediately followed by 30 seconds of active recovery. A complete round will be a focused 5-minute blast. Between each round, you'll get a 45-second rest period to regroup and prepare for the next.
Now, here's the beauty of this series:
New to Boxing? Start with a single 5-minute round. Focus on your form, get a feel for the bag, and build your stamina gradually.
Feeling Energetic? Tackle a few rounds and build up your workout duration.
Ready for a Serious Challenge? Take on every round in the series for a full-throttle 40-minute boxing conditioning session that will test your endurance, power, and mental toughness.
This series puts you in control of your training. It's about listening to your body, pushing your boundaries safely, and consistently progressing towards your fitness goals.
So, are you ready to unleash your inner fighter and experience the power of interval boxing?
Let's do this!
