Bilateral workouts means training both sides of you body at the same time. Bilateral workouts allow you to move more weight, increase core strength and and grip strength.
5 Rounds of work with a combo of exercises in each round. Most exercises are 12-15 reps with a superset round to finish the workout.

Today use dumbbells that equal about 20 percent of your body weight. Thats 20 percent of your body weight in each hand. I'm using 35 Lb dumbbells. Keep a lighter set close in case you have to reduce the weight.

We will do 8 x 3 minute round to simulate actual boxing rounds. That's 4 boxing and 4 treadmill sets. You'll be moving from the treadmill to the floor for your boxing sets so please make sure the space behind the treadmill is clear and the treadmill is a full stop before getting off.
