Grab 2 medium weight Dumbbells and 1 or 2 pound hand weights to use for controlled shadow boxing between rounds.
This workout is 4 rounds and each round includes 3 x 30 seconds of exercises followed by a 30 seconds rest. Between rounds you'll do basic shadow boxing with 1 or 2 pound weights for 1 minute to keep your heart rate up and work shoulder and arm stamina.
