You have 3 circuits of exercises spread out between 400 meters or 3:00 running intervals at 5.0 MPH.
Circuit # 1 - boxing - working 1:00 HIIT style intervals and 30 Active recovery intervals.
Complete all exercises and sets before running 400m to the next circuit
Circuit # 2 - Legs - working 1:00 HIIT style intervals and 30 Active recovery intervals.
Complete all exercises and sets before running 400m to the next circuit
Circuit #3 - Boxing and footwork - working 1:00 HIIT style intervals and 30 Active recovery intervals.
If you want more, run another 400m and start from circuit 1 - Boxing.
