Fight Shape Workouts elevate your quick decision making, increase speed and explosiveness to basic movements and takes your boxing to the next level. Think fast and move quick to finish each round at the highest level.
This 30 minute workout consists of 5 x 5:00 rounds. Each round has 6 exercises with 6 reps per exercise. Every round is a AMRAP formula, so finish all 6 exercises continuously to complete as many rounds as possible.
