I am an overweight 51 year old so not in prime condition ;)
I have a heavy bag, jump rope, gloves etc from when I took a few lessons a few years ago.
Do you suggest a “starting point” for the lessons?

Would there be a way to download the videos for offline access that won't depend on wifi? I know you can do this for the audio workouts. Was using my phone in the gym on their WiFi and the video kept pausing.
Hi Adam, As of now there is not. Simple due to how everything is set up. Tye best solution at this point is to check the wifi source and your device. The site had been excellent with its is streaming capabilities. Once you run through the sessions a few times the Mp3 files will be a perfect solution.
I saw that the Elevated HIIT mp3 files were added. Thanks for that! That program is legit! Great workout!
When will more sessions be added for heavy bag training? I'm moving onto BoxCon 2.0. Will there by mp3 files added for this program as well?

I’m wondering if u have training sessions using mitts? Partner workouts gloves and mitts.
Hi Marlin...Im in the process of making a 5 part MIIT Series. 30 minute sessions.
Great. But I’ve found you can do the shadow boxing and the heavy bag workouts with punching mitts and a good partner. So it works. But instructions on using the punching mitts would be helpful.

I hope the new workouts are longer then half hour. 40 45 minutes perfect for me. I’d also say that I’m not a big fan of the freestyle. I like the designed combos better - but I’m nitpicking. It’s all good. Thank you.
