First off, thanks so much for making these videos available! I love having the option of working out whenever I want, and I've been fairly interested in shadow boxing, so this is a great way to start out.
It's been a while since I last worked out or hit the gym, so I experienced quite a bit of DOMs after the first beginner's shadow boxing workout. It's been two days now, and although I'm feeling much better in the shoulders and arms, I'm still feeling a bit of it at the front and at the sides of my elbows. What are your thoughts on working out with DOMs? Should I wait until everything's fully recovered or still keep going at it?
