I have been doing the HIIT boxing 30 min heavy bag workouts 1x per day the last week 5 days. Is the protocol supposed to be 1 session per day? Is it recommended I combine session with another NB Elevated workout within the site to round out the workouts?
I love the 30 min HIIT and I use 14oz gloves - but I feel like I could do a little more after each session - 1-2 more rounds. Any options to level up that way? Or should I just follow the protocol as is?
