I seem to have an issue with my Achilles.
I've been doing a lot of driving for work and I think it may have gone into atrophy.
I think I can be on my feet up to an hour before it starts to get sore.
If I carry something heavy, like a bag of water softener salt that might aggravate it, so I won't carry any weights in the weight room since that will aggravate it.
I'm usually a little stiff in the morning when I get up.
I've noticed when I get out fo the car from a day of driving I have a tough time walking on the same foot.
I've been able to stretch it out so I don't walk with a limp but still seem to be some lingering issues.
Thought I woudl see what other ideas you may have. Maybe it will just take time for it to go away.
