Hi, I'm a newbie and am working through "28 Days to better boxing". But in Phase 3 I'm only seeing 2 workouts right now (it says there should be 5). Am I missing something? Love this series, it is really helping me feel more confident and less worried that I'm going to give myself bad habits by trying to learn this during quarantine!!
Hi pam, thanks for your question. There are 2 more being recite now and then the last 2. As you can imagine 28 videos in a series takes a while.
Glad your enjoying it. In the mean time try doing the first 2 sessions of phase 3 again. You’ll pick learn something new each run through .
Oh, great, I didn't realize you were recording it now! Thanks! Yeah, I definitely have a bunch that I want to go back and do again. I work with a functional movement coach (weak right hip), and I was showing her the exercise where you're moving from your knees...she for sure wants me to go back and mix that in regularly, because it's such a great way for me to notice when that right hip is being lazy/popping out.
