Just a celebration post to say that I "graduated" from 28 days to better boxing on Friday, and just did my first workout in the beginner shadow boxing series! I'm so psyched about it! As a complete beginner (I've never done any boxing at all, other than that I was once the lawyer for a Boxing Commission, lol), the 28 days series was so fantastic for me! I feel like I can actually start working towards the other workouts and feel confident that I'm not giving myself (too many!) bad habits. I was so impressed with myself for being able to keep up with that shadow boxing workout, and not feel like i was tripping over my feet the whole time!
If anyone else has a complete newbie in your life who's nervous about where to start, I'd definitely recommend you try to get them to do that program!! Thanks for creating it, Nate, I appreciate you making boxing accessible even to a 40 year-old lady lawyer!😂
