recently joined the elevated programme and I'm loving it. i used a lot of the youtube content before, but now I'm a member I find it a lot better. Really lets me discharge all of the stress of the day. I've just finished the elvated heavy bag HIIT. What do you suggest moving onto now. I want to be pushed!! thanks R
I personally like Boxcon 2.0 (series 1 and 2) which is around the same intensity level but I find it’s more well rounded conditioning (harder on the legs). Also if you are “breezing” through the 30 min HIITs you could start adding 15-30 mins of lower impact work afterwards, I like to throw on 15 mins of one of the Competitive Shadow Boxing workouts after any of the HIIT style workouts just to start building up endurance. :)
Thanks I'll give that a go now. I work it in with cycling as well so should be a good test
