Happy new year
First workout of the year done,
Finally tried the elevated interval heavy bag working 1.
What a killer. This was probably the hardest workout I’ve done yet.
Keep them coming,,,, ✌️👊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊
OMG Ryan, I did this one today as well! It actually seemed "too easy" the first couple of rounds, I should have known! My stomach was heaving in round 8. Agreed it was even tougher than Boxcon and Elevated HIIT workouts 💪🏻💪🏻 I'm afraid to try the workout #2 and #3 in this series 🤦♀️
I had the same feeling. I did the first couple of rounds and I was thinking this is pretty easy, but of course with nate that is never the case. I was dying by the end. I barely made it through. I am afraid of round 2 and 3.
I did the second workout today (session 2 but it's called Workout "3"? Hope there are some missing!) Was the 10 round one. Didn't kick my ass as much with high intensity, but my form and stamina were a complete mess by Round 9 :)
Ok just finished session. 2 (workout 3). I am drenched. I found session 1 kicked my ass more but I am equally as tired. I was actually contemplating stopping after round 7 but I saw your post and it motivated me to finish. I needed that. Tomorrow is rest day so will try and finish up workout 4:on Monday. Keep me posted on how workout 4 went. @natebower what happens to workout 2?
So much for rest day.workout 4 done. Cant really walk right now...
LOL! I actually didn't do it today, I decided to give my legs an off day and I did the new heavy bag workout that was uploaded onto the YouTube channel. When a new YouTube video appears I can usually not resist trying it immediately.
Will attempt Workout 4 tomorrow, thanks for the warning! I hope a few more workouts get added to that series so I can mix them into a workout rotation. Right now I usually mix it up between Boxcon 2.0, Elevated HIIT and ones similar, that mix advanced technique with conditioning.
Okay did the 3rd one yesterday. I think the first and second ones were still my fav! 3rd one was kind of all the exact same moves as the first though, just with zero rest?
Have you tried "Ultimate 20 Minute Boxing Workout Round 2? It's the hardest 20-minute one out there. yikes
