Just finished session 1 of the new elevated heavy bag workout- man that's tough but do I feel good for finishing and finishing strong!! Not bad for a 50 yr old at @235lbs! Recommend this to anyone who wants to get a good burn and a good sweat on

This is a KILLER workout series - The new Elevated Heavy Bag session 1 got me GOOD in under 45 mins. Cant wait to progress with this one
