I love your Elevated site but find I am still going back to YouTube to do the ‘30 Minute Heavy Bag Boxing Workout’ series. This is where I started with your workouts.
I checked out the Elevated version of ‘Heavy Bag Workouts for Beginners’ but I'm looking for something a little more technical.
Are you planning to release an Elevated version of the ‘30 Minute Heavy Bag Boxing Workout’ series at some stage?
An Intermediate and eventually an Advanced Elevated series would be great.

Hi Rod. Thanks for your massage. Have you tried the Elevated Heavy bag HIIT series or Elevated Interval Heavy bag workouts?
I have been using the Elevated Heavy bag HIIT series and I'm going to check out the Interval workouts as well - thanks for the suggestion.
I just have a particular affinity for the original 30 Minute Heavy Bag Workouts probably because that's where it all started for me.
I've run through those 6 workouts dozens of times and I still enjoy them. I guess I was hoping that you might have plans to build on the series and add more in the elevated section, at some stage.
Hope you will consider it when you have time.
