Welcome to Elevated Joel. Next I suggest Competitive Shadow Boxing series. Then, pick anything you like as you've run through both heavy bag as shadow boxing work. Elevated Interval Heavy bag Series is perfect for Building stamina and mental toughness. ENJOY!!
Those Elevated Interval Heavy Bag workouts are great…. Shirt is soaked every time I do one. They’re also fun workouts to do. I don’t even realize where the time goes when I do them.
