I have been following Nate for a bit over a year now. I have loved his videos and have definitely gotten into better shape. In many of the videos he refers to a nutrition plan available on NBE, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Nate, wow! Thanks for the reply. Dude, you have pulled me through a challenging year to say the least. Your workouts have been the thing that has kept me sane. My wife got me a membership to elevated for Christmas and I have been really enjoying it. I still have not been able to find the nutrition plan.
