Hi there...There is a section on the site Called "Workouts to Beats". I'll be adding new workouts to this section as well.

By the way, I think you've accidentally uploaded the same video (boxing beats 2) twice

I noticed that too. I think BB session 1 is missing, and that was a great one too which I can’t find on YouTube anymore. Please add that Nate thanks!!

You're 100 percent correct. I will have Workout 1 uploaded for you in time for the weekend. I filmed another one for you last week.. I'll keep adding so you can keep boxing to the beat!
