How do I access the detailed pdf plan for this one? I am wanting to do the Elevated Heavy Bag HIIT Workout Season 1 but wondering how often you do it? Do you just go through 1-5 each day and then repeat? How many weeks does it go, or do I just pick?

I've not seen a PDF plan for this series. I box every other day and cycle thru each series, I'm currently on season 2 - I find it helps to concentrate on one series at a time.
