I generally like a high intensity, heavy bag, 35-55 minute, full body workout. I've jumped around the site a lot and have found a lot of great workouts scattered in various series.
Does anyone have a method they use to remember which workouts fit their objectives? The workout names can be confusing.
When I find one I enjoy I save it to my favorites. If I revisit and it no longer fits what I’m working on or have more than ten favorites, I delete the ones that are lower on my list. At least this way I can just pick a favorite if I’m short on time or might loose my motivation if I get caught up looking through the lists.
