I am 64 yrs old and have been working out for about 12 years progressing from Kenpo, Kickboxing, and then only heavy bag workouts. Nate Bower Elevated is outstanding in this era of Covid. I set up a heavy bag in the garage, and have work out about 3 times per week on average using Elevated. There isn't a time that I finished without feeling spent, and completely satisfied. The large variety of workouts keeps the workout fresh, and provides every opportunity to go as hard as you want (can) with the added bonus of feeling as if I am learning a skill. I commend the Nate Bower organization and hope that we all see you for many years to come!

Agree 100%. I really miss my boxing gym (quit for COVID) but I have enjoyed the NB workouts.
I have to chime in here too. I’ve never been able to stick with a workout plan, not even when I’d do one with friends, it’s been over a year now and I’m still coming back to Nate almost every day.
He’s positive and encouraging. His workouts make me want to come back for more. Even when my body is sore as hell from the day before or I’m not motivated on a particular day. Nate is the one that keeps me coming back and now that I’m on Elevated I’m starting to see even better results.
So as others have said on here. Nate for trainer of the year!!!
