I think it’s going to be an issue for me to get a heavy bag set up. In the meantime while I try to convince my wife that it won’t make the house shake and I’m not too old are there any ideas for double end bag training using any of the videos?
I’m a big strong 60 years old that she thinks would hurt my hands even on an aqua bag since I do hit very hard. I don’t have any desire to hit a bag soft.
If you wear mexican-style hand wraps and 16 oz gloves (I like Venum) you will not hurt your hands. Check out youtube videos on how to wrap your hands. I've used a "wrecking ball" bag and recently switched to a water bag (Everlast).
PS: Heavy water bag doesn't move as much and actually spreads less noise around the house.
