Forgive me Nate, for I have sinned. I subscribed to Title Boxing Online and I regret it. They suckered me in with what looked like a slick interface with ways to filter workouts by length, level and instructor.
It was disappointing. The workouts are all in the same basic format. I like having the ability to do a big tabata / interval workout with lots of legwork, or on another day, focus on a pure punching workout. I'm looking forward to my NB workout again.
PS: That all being said, what Title tried to do (but failed) -- indexing workouts by a few key parameters -- is something worth trying. My brief affair with Title was in part driven by frustration with the NB web site which is a jumble of workouts that all sound the same.
LOL, you are forgiven. I know some of the trainers on the platform. Like most other platforms they've never been a real boxing match. The new platform will have multiple filtering options for you to utilize to simplify the search. The current site isn't as user friendly. Everyones feedback is appreciated. The change is coming soon
They don't seem to be real boxers, and it seems like there's only one workout format, repeated 50 times. I may never choose to box (or even spar) but I want to learn the way a boxer learns!
