Intense Heavy Bag Workout - This is TOUGH
Tabata formulas make almost any exercise routine challenging. When working short explosive boxing heavy bag sets with minimal rest your system has limited time to recover but mentally you need to push through to finish every 20 second maximum effort set.
In this Intense Heavy Bag Workout:
You'll throw 4 boxing combinations x 20 seconds per set
Rest 10 seconds between sets
Do each boxing combinations x 2 for a total of 8 x 20 seconds sets
Work at 100 percent effort for every set!
If you want or need more you can do this Intense Heavy Bag Workout for 2 or 3 complete rotations with 1:00 rest between rotations.
