This progressive Heavy Bag Workout Series allows for both new to boxing and advanced boxing training.
How do you combine beginner boxing training and advanced conditioning? Create a series that allows you to work toward a 5 minute workout or a 40 Minute Boxing workout.
The 5-40 Minute Boxing Interval series give you options of how long you want to train.
New Boxers can work through a 5:00 workout while more ambitious boxers can hit a 40 Minute session.
Workout 1: Rounds that consist of 30 seconds sets of work and 30 seconds of recovery for a 5:00 round with 45 seconds of rest between rounds
Want a 40 Minute workout? Do every round.
