How it Works
Each workout has 4 rounds. Rounds 1 to 3 have 3 sets per round. Each set is 1 minute of maximum effort exercise, followed by 30 seconds of moderate exercise. There is no rest between sets.
There is 1 minute rest between rounds.
Round 4 (final round) is a Tabata round which has 8 x 20 seconds (maximum, effort) sets with 10 seconds of rest (no movement) between sets.
