In workout 4 you once again start to work immediately with a review style warm up. Your first round is a build up round and your second round, a HIIT interval round starts after a 30 seconds rest. Remember for HIIT rounds you do 30 seconds hard and 30 seconds active recovery for the full 2 minutes .Your workout continues with that structure until round 7, Your final round.
