The Come Back Workout Series
This boxing and fitness series is the perfect mix of boxing conditioning and full body workouts. You'll start with 10 minute heavy bag workouts and work you way through longer sessions as you progress through the series. Combining a large variety of easy to follow workout using the heavy bag, full body conditioning and intervals, the comeback is almost guaranteed to pave the way to your comeback.
If you need a day off, take one and start where you left off the next day. Want more? Do a workout twice for a little extra shred!
