Lower Body Workout for Athletes At Home - starts with a warm up before entering into round 1. Start set 1 with a hard 30 seconds set followed by a 10 seconds basic movement for 6 compete rotations. You'll follow that system until the last round where you'll elevate with short explosive sets to finish strong. The key to athletic performance is to develop ans maintain strength, power and control when the workout becomes more demanding.
