The members only Elevated Heavy Bag series are 5 rounds of boxing. Each round has a specific theme and durations to challenge boxing skills, boxing IQ and overall conditioning.
I'll lead you through each round with technical and motivational coaching while we work the heavy bag.
Each workout starts with a review style warm up and every workout ends with an elevated round.

Today use dumbbells that equal more than 25 percent of your body weight. Im using 50lb dumbbells
Keep a lighter set close in case you have to reduce the weight.
