This session is a 10 round interval boxing and conditioning workout. the Session consists of 6 x 30 seconds boxing combinations with 10 seconds rest between each set. There's a 20 second rest between rounds and 10 second rest between sets. your goal is to work all the way through from beginning to end to reach all star status!

Cross-right uppercut-jab-duck left-hook
Left hook-Jab-right hook body-right uppercut-block right
Right hook-jab-jab-block left
Left uppercuts-cross-left hook-slip left
Right uppercut right
There is 6 sets per round. Each combo/set is 30 seconds long with a short break after each combo and a longer rest after each round.
Do 2 rounds or 10 it’s up you. Either way...set a goal and surpass it!!
