IGNITE WORKOUT 1
In session 1 you run through a short agility based workout with Nate, Matt and Julia. After a short warm up you'll hit 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest. You'll move non stop and push limits right out of the gate on day 1. GET LIT with Ignite workout 1
IGNITE WORKOUT 2
In session 2 you push harder than workout 1. Workout Day 2 is more agility training with core and upper body work. This a fun, high energy session sets the stage for session 3. Time to get LIT with Ignite Session 2.
