Boxing for weight loss Workout program
Boxing for Weight loss has 6 boxing workouts in a playlist. Do each workout in order from 1 to 6 for 90 days and take a day off after you complete 3 workouts in a row. That means you repeat back to workout 1 after you complete workout 6.
Boxing could in fact be the most effective weight loss workout in the world due its high cardiovascular demand and euphoric feeling after you finish a workout.
For best results drink lots of water and make the necessary changes to your nutrition, sleep and recovery.

You’ll build easy to follow combinations then push through a tough 30 second finisher to finish the round strong
The 20 minute heavy bag workout, speed and power punches is like a 5k race pace. You work at a constant speed to finish strong near the finish of each round.
