In todays session you'll review footwork and positioning to develop a clear understanding the basics of beginner footwork. This allows you to plant firmly before you throw your combinations. You'll also work inside and outside footwork
PHASE 3 WORKOUT 2
Session 2 is the perfect mix of boxing combos and conditioning. You'll move non stop work your legs and test your ability to throw boxing combos under fatigue. Move, rip and react with limited mistakes. Lets GO!!
In todays sessions slip, duck, catch and block my punches. This session . will challenge your ability to locate and pick up my tells. Run through it a couple of times and like a real boxing match you'll know when I'm throwing punches before I do!
