LETS GO!! Today session is your last session. You've just finished your last challenge not push hard in your last resistance training session. This session is a combination of lifting, boxing and conditioning. Use a set of medium to heavy dumbbells for this workout. Stay controlled on your lifting movements, Maximize speed and power of boxing combos and level up again in the conditioning sets. Work harder, lift safe and of course push past your expectations
