7 rounds of non stop movement and boxing combinations. You'll be challenged with boxing burnouts, combination call outs, more advanced footwork and defence. -
DRILLS-DAY 15
In todays sessions slip, duck, catch and block my punches. This session . will challenge your ability to locate and pick up my tells. Run through it a couple of times and like a real boxing match you'll know when I'm throwing punches before I do!
