Where to Begin on Nate Bower Elevated-28 Days to Better Boxing
The all level, 3 phase program includes 28 easy to follow instructional boxing videos.
Phase 1 is days 1-12-Boxing combinations. Here I'll coach you through each boxing combination before you practice that same punch sequence for 30 seconds increments before moving on to your next combination. Each session is approximately 20 minutes in length.
Phase 2 is days 13-23-Boxing Drills. This phase you'll utilize acquired punching skills and work a variety of drills. These sessions vary between footwork, combinations call outs and virtual simulations
Phase 3 is day 24-28-Workouts. In the final phase you'll put it all together in these high powered and entertaining workouts.

Enjoy this session as you near the end of 28 days of boxing. Focus on your hand position, hand release and footwork. Add punches to combinations when you feel they fit. Above all, enjoy the workout! Push hard and react fast!
