Today’s sweat is HIIT Boxing Workout at Home NO Equipment. HIIT boxing workout at home no equipment is great for every level of fitness. The warm up will help beginners learn the combos and the design will push experienced boxers to work a max effort.
You have five complete rounds or boxing. One minute HIIT set then a 30 second active recovery. We follow that format for three complete rotations per round.
