The Elevated Heavy Bag series are 5 rounds of boxing. Each round has a specific theme and durations to challenge boxing skills, boxing IQ and overall conditioning.
I'll lead you through each round with technical and motivational coaching while we work the heavy bag.
Each workout starts with a review style warm up and every workout ends with an elevated round.
