Elevated Heavy Bag HIIT Workout 3
Elevated Heavy Bag HIIT! Bring levelled up heat to the heavy bag every session. Session 3 you work 5 rounds with 4 sets per round with an elevated set at the end of each round. Each workout ends with a ELEVATED round where you push at max effort to win the championship fight! This season we added data to the mix. Follow the stats screen for added motivation to push you to burn more calories, increase effort and recognize heart rate training zones.
