30 Minute Boxing and Strength Workout 7
Today use dumbbells that equal more than 10 percent of your body weight plus 5 lbs.
Workout #1 you used 10 percent of your body weight in each hand. In todays workout use that weight plus 5 pounds. Keep a lighter set close in case you have to reduce the weight.
30 Minute Boxing and Strength Workouts combine rounds of strength training and boxing. Increase your strength, stamina and conditioning through 9 rounds of controlled effective workouts.
Each workout has a similar feel with a large variety of boxing combinations and a full body strength focus. Step in to new found strength, conditioning and boxing knowledge as you explore the multiple complexities of the boxing athlete. Go get it champ!

9 x 3 Minute rounds
30 Seconds rest between rounds
Round 1 - Warm up
Round 2 - Strength
Round 3 - Boxing
