HIIT Cardio Workout for Weight Loss
4 x 5 Minute rounds in a HIIT format. Round 5 is an all-out burner working for 3 utilizing 30 seconds sets.
Rounds 1 - 4 are 1 Minute HIIT (Maximum Intensity) followed by 30 seconds of active recovery (moderate effort). You'll repeat for 3 rotations to complete each round.
There are 30 seconds rest between rounds.
